digital fine art
When I turned 30, I was working on Wall Street. A hippie kid like me. Yep. I got a job developing educational materials for financial advisers to get people like me (English and Art majors) to feel comfortable trading and to get them interested in the whole world. Also, I got picked to research all the new fangled wireless technology like Bluetooth and Cellular networks. Windows 2000 was the big thing and Sprint was king. Everyone who was anyone had a PALM VII and/or maybe the color Palm III.
I knew I would never be a “real” artist, so I decided to try my hand at digital fine art (DFA). I got a CD-ROM of Photoshop for some crazy amount of money and I started creating a lot of work. First I just altered photographs, but then I got creative. I was a little lost and depressed at the time. So a lot of the work I created was a little dark. But there are some portraits in here I think are very pretty.
This is some work from between 2000-2005.
